What we do

Raporto helps people who have just been turned down for credit. When a lender or broker can't find you a match, it usually feels like the end of the road, and the obvious next move is to apply somewhere else, then somewhere else again. The trouble is that each application can leave a mark on your credit file and make the next "yes" harder to get.

Raporto steps in at that moment. With your agreement, we keep looking for a suitable credit option on your behalf, for free, so you don't have to keep applying yourself. We're a credit broker, not a lender: we don't decide who gives you credit and we can't guarantee a match. What we can do is keep working on your search and let you know if we find something worth seeing.

How we do it

You reach us after looking for credit through Choose Wisely, a credit broker under common ownership with Raporto. When Choose Wisely can't match you, your details pass to us so we can carry on trying. We work your search with the lenders and credit providers we have access to, and we keep you posted on how it's going and on anything we find.

You stay in control the whole way through. You can stop at any time, and when you do, we won't contact you again and we'll do no further work on your search.

Why this matters

Being declined shouldn't mean scrambling from one faceless website to the next, doing yourself harm with every attempt. We think there's a calmer, fairer way: let someone keep looking for you, properly, without the damage.

Our aim is a genuinely better outcome for you, not just another application. That is the whole reason Raporto exists.
